"My brother-in-law and I had riding The Dragon high on our bucket list. The day long ride from our location to The Dragon was an obstacle for riding our bikes from home for several reasons not worth mentioning. Plus the oppotuinty to ride something new was appealing too. I went on the internet, found Mountain Motorsports and contacted Darren Burnett who runs the rental department. Darren was very helpful, he had a great selcton of cool bikes to choose from and had us ready to go in no time.
Mountain Motorsports is very easy to find just off Interstate 40. Darren was extremely helpful in going over the rental progarm and the unit we rented. More importantly, he obvioulsy loves to ride too and provided us with maps and information about different routes we could take to make sure we had a good ride. We had a great experience with Mountain Motorsports. We highly recommend you contact Darren to rent a bike and go for that ride you will never forget. "

"My wife and I were in the Gatlinburg area for a week, and wanted to rent a motorcycle for a day. So I went on the internet and found Mountain Motorsports. I spoke with Darren Burnett at the rental department, he was the most helpful and informative person to deal with. He explained exactly how the rental program worked and covered every detail. He went over the cycle with me and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about it. When I left the Dealership with the cycle I felt very comfortable with the way the deal was handled. It was a great ride over to Cherokee and back, everything went really well. When I returned the cycle to Darren, there were no surprises, no extra charges, or any hidden costs. "We were on vacation from Ill the week of June 6-10 riding our Honda Goldwing in the Smokies. We started having problems with the turn signals, hazard lights and cruise control. After looking over the bike we also had a bad back tire that we didn't realize. Imagine if we would have had a blown-out in the mountains! Thanks to Robbie Mattson, our bike was fixed within a few hours and we were on our way. We are very grateful that they took us right in even though we were from out of town. "I live in South Florida and happened to see a motorcycle I wanted on the Mountain MotorSports web site. I contacted 'Travis' and inquired about the unit as it was a pre-owned and I was concerned about its condition cosmetically and mechanically. Travis assured me that the motorcycle was in great shape. I rarely buy anything sight unseen yet alone travel almost 800 miles one way to buy however, I did just that.

"In town to ride the twisties on My Kawasaki 1400 concours... rubbed my front tire near bald surprisingly quick!!!! I was in a jam big time with two other friends wanting to RIDE. In addition to the fact I had to ride 200 miles back to Atlanta the next day.. and it was going to rain
The tire was a great deal, the installation was lightning fast... like 1 hour total and the installation was reasonable.
A FIRST CLASS DEALER.. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I CAME IN CONTACT WITH ASKED IF I WAS TAKEN CARE OF!!!
Kudos to Robbie in Service for babysitting my repair order and monitoring the tire change until I was on the road again.
Kudos to Michael in Parts who held the tire for me.

"I was in Pigeon Forge for a few days and rode my V-Star 1300. Before I left home, I bought a new rear tire and had a service completed on the bike. While I was in the area, I got something in the tire and it had to be replaced. The tire was only a week old and had around 500 miles on it. Your staff did an outstanding job getting the tire replaced and getting me back on the road. If you could tell them how much I appreciate the prompt service and replacement of the tire. "On Saturday June 6th while travelling down the Interstate I noticed your Kodak store, I wished we had time to drop in and look around, however myself and 3 other fellows were on a 1 week mini tour of the USA.
Little did I know at that moment was I would be in your service department less than 1 hour later. My 1999 Goldwing unexpectedly quit about a mile past your interchange. 2 of our group returned to your place and Brandy at the service desk arranged for Travis Towing to haul the Wounded Wing to your location. Even though it was 5pm on Saturday afternoon and I was 1000 miles from home, I was very concerned about getting back on the road.
Thanks to Duane's expertise he was able to get my faulty switch cluster back in operating condition allowing me to get back to Canada in time for work on Tuesday.

"I have been out of motorcycle riding for a few years. I had considered purchasing another motorcycle but I was dreading dealing with the purchase. I stopped BY MTN Motorsports just to look around. The sales people were just amazing! Justine showed me a vast selection of bikes and encouraged me to sit a few and get comfortable. I found a bike I "liked" and had some questions. Another sales associate, Tiffany, stepped right up and began answering all my questions about the bike, the accessories offered, the time it took to install the accessories, every question was answered. When I asked about costs she went right then and found the answers I needed about parts, installation, everything.
I made the decision to purchase the motorcycle the next day. A used Suzuki Boulevard C50 in perfect condition.
The financing handled by Jason was another amazingly great experience. Jason was on the ball from start to finish; again answering my questions on the spot. I also purchased the extended warranty offered and never once felt pressured!
What an amazing group of people. My dreaded purchase turned into a pleasant and exciting experience. I have HIGHLY recommended Mountain Motorsports to my friends.

"I drove 530 miles round trip to pickup my atv I bought from Mountain Motorsports off the internet. I fully expected to additional fees and pressure after I arrived but Jason Lamont and Justin took great care of me. The atv was out front waiting on my arrival and the paperwork took minimal time. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes and that includes loading the atv. It was the easiest, fastest purchase I've ever made. "my wife and I and another couple were in your area on 5/16/2007 to do some riding. we had a flat on our 1990 Goldwing, we needed help, and fast. being from Arkansas
we knew nothing about the area or the dealership. we got help from Michael Watson, he got us in and out in just over 1 hour to replace a rear tire, not a small task, to me. we were treated friendly by all the staff, while we waited.
the tire price was a little high, but I was very grateful
you had it in STOCK, and we were back to riding. we made a
2500 mile trip that week, and we were only 800miles into our trip.

What a great expierience it was doing business with Mountain Adventures.
My wife and I purchased a Bombardier Outlander XT two seater ATV.
Mike Shamblin was our sales person and did an outstanding job from begining to end.
I've been I sales for many years and Mike really knows his product and knows how to sell with a no pressure attitude.
I had no expierience with this ATV but he even took it a step further and took us out to Windrock.
He again took his time with me and my family and made sure that we had a great time and learned how to ride safely.
What a great time we had!!!
Anyway, I could go on with this,the bottom line is that I will be back to Mountain Adventures in the very near future to purchese another ATV for my wife so we can enjoy this expierience as a family.
